From first contact
to first statement.
1 · Diagnosis. You send the catalogue, recordings, works, splits already agreed and whatever audience exists. We come back with what is possible, what is missing and what is not worth doing.
2 · Scope and contract. Service, territory, term, exclusivity and percentages defined in writing before any delivery.
3 · Operation. Technical setup (ISRC/UPC, metadata, splits), release calendar and marketing execution.
4 · Catalogue cycle. After release: reporting, collection, ongoing pitching, sync and active licensing.
